ORTHOCRAT APPOINTS SHAUL DABBY AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Leading Orthopedic Software Company Hires Former CFO of Teva's International Group

TEL AVIV, Israel - July 1, 2008 – Orthocrat Ltd, a leading provider of orthopedic pre-operative digital templating software, today announced the appointment of Shaul Dabby as Chief Financial Officer. 

Mr. Dabby joins the Orthocrat team from healthcare giant Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (NASDAQ GS: TEVA), where he served until recently as CFO of the company’s International Group. In his position with Teva, Mr. Dabby was responsible for financial activities in all areas outside North America, Western Europe and Israel. Mr. Dabby also played a key role in integrating two major acquisitions done by Teva in the past years as well as several smaller purchases.

Mr. Dabby is a certified public accountant (Israel) and holds an MBA in finance and system analysis from the University of Manchester in England.
